We offer prices discounted up to almost 30% off the normal Pointe Royale rental rates.  Branson has four distinct seasons, all with their own beauty.  The golf course is open year round, weather permitting.  The indoor pool, restaurants, hiking trail, and fitness center are open year round. Rates are based on the day you check in. 

The seasonal dates and prices (not including taxes, Branson tourist fees) are posted on the first page of this site, and change January 1 of each year.

Reservation Procedure

1. Determine the dates of your reservation request, and e-mail us using the form on the "Contact Us" page or call (918) 357-1266.    Do not include your credit card payment with your reservation request.  You will make payment directly to Pointe Royale once your dates are reserved.
2. We will contact Pointe Royale, confirm the availability of your requested days, and make your reservations.
3. We will contact you with a confirmation number.
4. After receiving your confirmation number, you then call Pointe Royale at (800) 962-4710, give them your confirmation number, and guarantee your reservation with a major credit card.  

One night's deposit is required to hold your reservation. A 3 day minimum cancellation notice applies, and a $10 service charge applies to all refunds.  The balance of your payment is due upon arrival.  On July 4th and Thanksgiving weekends the minimum reservation is 3 nights.
